Primavera English grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Website in order for you to make purchases of English tutoring services through our Website, strictly in accordance with our Legal Terms.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials including without limitation, logos, brand names, images, designs, photographs, video clips and written and other materials that appear as part of our Website are copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property whether registered or unregistered (“Intellectual Property”) owned, controlled or licensed by Primavera English. Our Website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress. Nothing on our Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any Intellectual Property displayed or used on our Website, without the prior written permission of the Intellectual Property owner. Primavera English aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The names and logos of Primavera English, may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on our Website, without prior, written permission from Primavera English. Primavera English prohibits use of any logo of Primavera English or any of its affiliates as part of a link to or from any Website unless Primavera English approves such link in advance and in writing. Fair use of Primavera English’s Intellectual Property requires proper acknowledgment. Our services, primarily classes with English teachers, are for educational purposes only. Our teachers, agents, or other employees or representatives offer the service as governed by our Legal Terms. If you are displeased with our services, please read our Refunds section and act accordingly.
Our teachers, agents, employees, or other representatives have been instructed to maintain utmost professionalism and respect, including avoiding discrimination based on race, sexuality, gender, nationality, religion, political views, or other similar issues, and we are serious about enforcing these. However, Primavera English cannot guarantee that our employees, teachers, agents, or other representatives act in accordance with this policy, and if you are displeased by any communications with Primavera English, please refer to our refund policy for your rights to refund. By using our service you forfeit your rights to take legal action against Primavera English or our associates, employees, agents, owners, or other representatives for these types of discrimination.
Student Code of Conduct
As a Primavera English student, customers agree to and are expected to be polite and follow common etiquette when taking a class and/or dealing with anyone from the Primavera English team.
A student must:
- Be fully clothed during class
- Behave with basic manners while in class (no foul language, burping, nose picking, etc.)
- Have the video camera on at all times when taking a class (unless otherwise requested by the teacher)
- While in a class, do not verbally harass the instructor or make comments that could be considered offensive (including sexual, religious, or racial remarks).
- When in a class, avoid discussing inappropriate topics that might make the teacher uncomfortable (including topics of politics, religion, and sex).
- When in class, pay full attention to the teacher - do not answer phone calls, or leave the class.
- Not drink alcohol while in class.
- Not solicit personal information from any Primavera English teacher, including their phone number, social media profiles, home address, etc.
- Show up on time and attend the classes they request. Making a reservation for a class and then failing to show up is unfair to other students who may have wanted that time slot with a particular teacher and unfair to the teacher’s time. If a student cannot attend a class, the class should be canceled or rescheduled at least 2 hours in advance.
If the student breaks this code of conduct, Primavera English will issue one formal warning. If a second warning is issued, Primavera English reserves the right to expel the student from Primavera English, ban them from future classes, and refuse refund requests.
Delivery Policy
Upon receipt of your order, the services will be provided to you in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the classes you have purchased and the agreed upon schedule. The nature of the classes you have purchased, the date of your purchase and the agreed upon schedule may affect the timing of the performance of the services. The services will be deemed to have been successfully delivered to you upon performance of the classes.
Refund Policy
We offer 100% refunds, for the first 7 calendar days from the date you first sign up to classes.
Only Primavera English customers who are dissatisfied with the service within the first 7 days are eligible for a refund. After we have issued a refund, we will ask the customer to tell us about the elements of Primavera English with which they are dissatisfied. This is a way for us to gather feedback in order to continually improve our service and our students’ experience.
However, if after the 7 day period, you decide that you're not satisfied with your experience, we will issue a partial refund for the classes you haven't attended, in the case that you have made a monthly payment.
8 calendar days after the initial sign-up date, we do NOT offer refunds for the classes that have been taken. We have hard costs that prevent us from offering refunds after 7 days of purchase.
If your automatically recurring subscription charge to Primavera English occurs, and you have not taken any classes or used any services, and it is no more than 3 days since the charge occurred, you may contact us to have that latest payment, and only the latest payment, refunded.
Requests for a refund will be processed within a reasonable period of time, on business days.
If you request a refund within the first 7 days and receive your refund, and you later decide to purchase our services again, you are NOT eligible for any type of refund at any point of time for any reason. We reserve the right to deny customers who have been issued refunds access to our services in the future. This is to prevent abuse of our refund policy.
No Warranties; Exclusion of Liability; Indemnification
OUR WEBSITE IS OPERATED BY PRIMAVERA ENGLISH ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIMAVERA ENGLISH SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT FOR OUR WEBSITE AND ANY CONTRACTS AND SERVICES YOU PURCHASE THROUGH IT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, PRIMAVERA ENGLISH DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, USEFUL, TIMELY OR CURRENT OR THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
YOU AGREE THAT ALL TIMES, YOU WILL LOOK TO ATTORNEYS FROM WHOM YOU PURCHASE SERVICES FOR ANY CLAIMS OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING LOSS, DAMAGE, OR WARRANTY. PRIMAVERA ENGLISH MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT CONTENT PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE, CONTRACTS, OR RELATED SERVICES ARE APPLICABLE OR APPROPRIATE FOR USE IN ALL JURISDICTIONS.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Primavera English harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of our Website or any Contracts or Services you purchase through it.

We take your privacy and the protection of your data very seriously. We may gather and/or use certain information about you in accordance with our privacy policy. Please see our separate privacy policy for more information.
Entire agreement
These Terms of Use are the entire agreement between us and you, and supersede any and all prior terms, conditions, warranties or representations to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Applicable law
This Agreement shall be governed by the law of Paraguay and courts of Asunción, Paraguay will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms of Use.
