It is December again and our kids activity class is in full swing. This year, one of the teachers was inspired to make a parachute. (Not the kind you jump out of an airplane with, though.) This kind of parachute is a large, multicolored circle of cloth, which can be used for English learning and team building activities. In the last few classes, we have learned the difference between down and up, in and out, walk and stop. We also learned what happens if you don’t know the difference. We practiced counting how many times we could bounce a ball on the parachute (we didn’t reach more than ten, luckily for those who don’t know the higher numbers!) and most popular, switching places underneath the orange, red and yellow canopy.
