Celebrating Pi Day

Everett Button, March 15, 2022

Yesterday at Primavera English we celebrated Pi Day, which is a special day for math fans. It is Albert Einstein's birthday and also celebrates Pi (π), the transcendental number that is a constant between the circumference of a circle and its diameter. In many schools and colleges in the United States this day is celebrated by eating various types of pie.

Our teaching staff made five varieties of pies, including lemon, pumpkin, coconut, and apple, and we all ate until there was nothing left.
